Sara Talks Anime

Yeah, betcha didn’t expect me to need to make a post like this. And I didn’t either. Trust me, it’s not going to be like the Summer 2023 season on Lesley’s Anime and Manga Corner for this delay. In fact, it’s so temporary, it’ll only apply to three of my simulcast writeups, and for their 8th episodes only as well.

Before I talk about the reason why there’s this delay, here are the times that the next writeups will go up (all in PDT):

• Secrets of the Silent Witch Episode 8 – Saturday August 23rd at 5:30 PM (kicking With You and the Rain out of its spot)
• With You and the Rain Episode 8 – Sunday August 24th at 12 PM (kicking Ruri Rocks out of its spot)
• Ruri Rocks Episode 8 – Sunday August 24th at 5:30 PM

As for why there’s this delay, current circumstances that having varying connections to me make me feel not comfortable with posting my writeup for Secrets of the Silent Witch today. Between me and my mom still needing to watch the final episode of the most recent drop of Detective Conan episodes (which is a long boy coming in at one hour and fifty-three minutes according to Crunchyroll), the time squeeze that I have on Saturday (watching two simulcasts, interlinking and promoting two posts that go up during the day, writing a writeup for one of my Saturday simulcasts, and watching a movie during the evening), and just what’s happening in my life overall, I think I’d appreciate having a bit of a break from having so much stuff press in on me.

However, depending on whether or not my auto-posting stuff for my socials plays nice with me during the time that my Ruri Rocks writeup for Episode 8 goes up, there is the potential that the time that I delayed the writeup to could become its new posting time.

Many apologies for the inconvenience that this causes for those of you who’ve followed my scheduled times closely, and I hope to get back to regular schedule once it comes time for me to cover the episode nines of the simulcasts I watch! :]
