Sara Talks Anime

It’s detective time! Yippee! I love this series, and I can’t wait for next week’s episode! Yet again, this episode followed Anna and Mikuru as they solve a mystery, and it’s a super cute when the conclusion comes to fruition! This was also the first episode where Anna and Mikuru get to witness the formation of a Makoto Jewel! Super cool!

Also, it’s a Goemon episode. Not as good as Nijee, but I’ve warmed up to Goemon as a character. I’m not going to be as hyped for Goemon episodes, but at least I’m still hyped for them! Can’t say that about the episodes that feature a different member of the Phantom Thieves Guild, though.

There’s really not much for me to say about this episode that I don’t believe would spoil more of the episode than I’m willing to spoil it in this writeup. That’s not a bad thing, as I still enjoyed this episode, but I just didn’t think that there was really that much to write home about.

Can’t say that for next week’s episode, however, because we’re finally getting to see Cure Arcana Shadow in action in the series proper! Yay! I’m excited to see her in action, and it could potentially serve as a lead in to the introduction of that fourth Precure member that we’ve yet to see hide or hair of in the series! Or maybe that’s just evidence of me just trying to grasp at straws for signs that we’re finally going to get the fourth girl. Sorry if that gets annoying, but it shows that I’m paying attention to the show and the more minor stuff it includes!

If I had to write anything about this episode instead of just gushing over the next episode, I liked the little thing of Anna and Mikuru insisting on Jett trying to act more personable, and I loved how this episode wraps up the plot line in that episode, even if I wish that we had even a bit more time with it.

Anyway, I likely will not be normal once the next episode drops. I’m sorry.
