I’m Sara Aeschliman, and I’m the youngest daughter of Lesley Aeschliman (you’d know her from Lesley’s Anime and Manga Corner)! I’ve basically spent my entire life around anime and manga…in case my mom being an aniblogger wasn’t the dead giveaway for that.
I’ve constantly hovered around my mom when she was working on the blog (sorry ’bout that, mom), I didn’t begin aniblogging myself until the middle of the Summer 2023 anime season. I think I’ll leave a link to this post, in case you’re curious about the circumstances that required me to step in.
While I initially was brought on to my mom’s blog to fill in holes for simulcasts we were both watching, with my mom’s consent, I continued to post writeups to her blog to help provide some more content. However, while it was nice, I will say that it felt weird to post to a blog that didn’t include my name on the tin. This site, however, is me spinning off on my own!
When not making writeups, I’m either watching anime for fun, playing video games, or letting out my creativity in other ways, such as writing stories or making art! I also read from time to time!
